Meet the Team

Our team has decades of mindfulness expertise rooted in brain science.  


  • Patti is a restauranteur turned certified guided mindfulness instructor. In 2016, she began a K-12 daily mindfulness program at Nederland Elementary School, CO in the Boulder Valley School District and instructs regularly on curriculum development for students and teachers. She serves on the Board of Directors of Teens INC., a facility and program devoted to serving kids from the Front Range mountain communities of Colorado.

  • Robb has spent most of his career running, launching, and serving companies that make a difference in the world. He is the co-founder and CEO of Walden Hyde, a Boulder, CO based brand agency that helps companies use their business as a force for good. Robb serves on B Lab Colorado’s Development Committee, is an advisor for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, a steering committee member at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business Center for Entrepreneurship, and sits on the board of several start-ups.

  • Kim Lanzilli, Director of Sales

    Kim has been a part of the Reboot team since 2019. She has worked in Educational Technology for 10+ years and is passionate about introducing mindfulness to school districts and building relationships with educators across the country and Canada. Kim is originally from NJ but embarked on a new adventure surrounded by palm trees in Southern Florida. During her spare time, you can find Kim hanging out with her 2 Goldendoodles, on the pickleball court, practicing yoga, or eating ice cream and pizza (not at the same time - well, maybe).

  • Geoff Ochsner, Biofeedback Therapist

    Our dear friend and colleague Geoff Ochsner suddenly left us on June 22, 2020. His work with Reboot helped shaped its earliest mission and helped all of us at Reboot understand the impact music can have on our brainwaves when embedded by binaural beats. He drove our earliest research encouraging us to take a more comprehensive approach to support our theories. Without Geoff’s expertise in biofeedback, our brainwave music for athletics would not exist and arguable so many more aspects of our program. He’s the backbone of Reboot and his work will live on in the athletes and students who will benefit from his vision.

  • Lonnie Howell, Musician

    Lonnie Howell is a musician and registered psychotherapist in Rollinsville, CO. For over a decade, Lonnie has served children with severe emotional disabilities in public schools and struggling young adults in a private residential setting where he is a mentor, life skills coach, and encouraged mindfulness and meditation to ease anxiety. He is a co-founder of Our Mourning Glory, LLC, and a volunteer with the Grief Support Network in Boulder, CO. Lonnie is passionate about community health and wellness, holding a certificate in Advanced Permaculture Design, and has also worked as a substance abuse prevention coordinator in Nederland, CO.

  • Stella Gilchrist Lane, Marketing Director

    Stella has been with Reboot since 2021, working on the website and copy. In her traditional 9 to 5 she works in social media management and communications, and freelances doing the same. Stella is originally from Columbus, Ohio but is now in Jacksonville, North Carolina where her husband is stationed in the Marine Corps. She spends most of her down time outside with her two German Shepherds, paddle boarding, and honestly - most likely finding the next cutest coffee shop or taco stand.
